Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on signing the Aston Villa midfielder this summer.

According to a report from the Evening Standard, Tottenham will ramp up their pursuit of Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish over the upcoming days, but the west Midlands outfit are determined to hold out for £30 million for the 22-year-old’ services.
The Villans are in real trouble financially, and need to raise around £40 million in order to comply with Financial Fairy Play regulations, according to the Evening Standard.
And selling Grealish to Spurs would account for a massive chunk of that reported amount.

The 22-year-old was in fine form for Steve Bruce’s side last season, and began to show what he is capable of during the second half of the campaign.

The Evening Standard claims that Mauricio Pochettino is a huge fan of the Villa youngster, and has instructed the Tottenham hierarchy to ramp up their pursuit of the midfielder over the upcoming days.
Grealish would be a sound signing for Spurs, and if he goes on to fulfil his potential, £30 million will surely begin to look like really good value for money for the north London outfit.
