Tottenham’s Aramide Oteh is reportedly training with Queens Park Rangers.

According to Get West London, Tottenham Hotspur striker Aramide Oteh has joined Queens Park Rangers for training having arrived on a work experience deal.

The R’s are looking to strengthen their squad under new manager Ian Holloway, and whilst he’s swooped to land Kazenga Lua Lua, it seems that QPR are also casting one eye on younger talent.

Get West London report that, having turned out for QPR’s Under-18 side earlier this week, Tottenham Hotspur youngster Aramide Oteh is set to join QPR on a work experience deal.

Oteh, 18, is a young striker who has been making his way up through the ranks at Tottenham, and scored nine times in 12 appearances for Tottenham’s Under-16’s during the 2014-15 season.

It’s now claimed that the striker could be available, and QPR are set to take him on trial for ‘at least the next couple of weeks’ as they take a good luck at Oteh.

Whether Oteh is available for loan or permanent transfer remains to be seen, but having him arrive on a ‘work experience’ arrangement means that QPR can weigh up whether they want to try and sign the Spurs teenager.

It’s only months ago that Oteh was being hailed, as he scored against Feyenoord and Atletico Mineiro in the Terborg Tournament, drawing credit from coach John McDermott, as seen on the club’s official website in May.

Now, Oteh could be leaving White Hart Lane – even if only on loan – for QPR, where former Spurs youngsters Steven Caulker, Grant Hall and Massimo Luongo are currently playing in the first team.
