Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering Robin Koch as a potential replacement for Toby Alderweireld.

Tottenham will have to pay £12 million if they hope to sign Robin Koch, according to the Daily Mail, as Mauricio Pochettino considers potential replacements for Toby Alderweireld.
The Mail reports that Alderweireld will be available for just £25 million this summer after Spurs activated a release clause by extending his contract by a further year.
The report suggests that the Belgian is looking set to leave Tottenham at the end of the season, with Manchester United one of the teams to consider a move for the former Southampton loanee.
And Spurs appear to be preparing for his departure. The Mail reports that Freiburg youngster Koch is on Pochettino’s radar, and he could be available for just £12 million.

Koch has played 23 times in the Bundesliga this season, scoring once. But despite Pochettino eyeing him as a long-term replacement for Alderweireld, he has actually made most of his appearances this term in holding midfield.
The 22-year-old is very versatile. He has also played in both full-back roles during his short career, and has been deployed in a slightly more advanced role on the right of midfield on a handful of occasions. But Pochettino must see his future at the heart of the defence if he is weighing up whether to make him one of the players to fill the void that Alderweireld looks set to leave this summer.
