The Tottenham Hotspur ace has proven to be an important player for Mauricio Pochettino this season.

According to a report from the London Evening Standard, Tottenham ace Moussa Sissoko will be out of action for around a month, after suffering a groin injury against Manchester United on Sunday.
Spurs are in the midst of somewhat of a mini injury crisis, with Harry Kane, Eric Dier and Lucas Moura currently sidelined, as well as Sissoko.
Mauricio Pochettino will also be without Heung-Min Son for at least three games this month, due to his participation in the Asia Cup, so things are looking rather bleak for Tottenham.
Whilst all of those names will be big misses for Spurs, Sissoko’s drastic improvement this season has led to him becoming a vital cog in the north London outfit’s machine.
At the start of this season, many Tottenham fans wanted the France international gone, but he has proved all of his doubters wrong, with a succession of supreme performances for Pochettino’s side in the middle of the park.

It is a sign of how far the 29-year-old has come that many of the club’s fans are bemoaning his absence, but according to the London Evening Standard, he will return to action in around one month’s time.
And Pochettino will be hoping that the Tottenham midfielder is back and available for selection even sooner than the timescale that has been reported.
