Spurs have drawn up a shortlist of names for the summer transfer window.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have added Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek to their summer shortlist, as they finally look to replace Mousa Dembele.
Belgian powerhouse Dembele left Spurs for a reported £11million in the January transfer window, moving to Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F as his contract was set to expire in the summer.
Spurs did not bring in a replacement despite being linked with a whole host of players throughout the window, meaning they have now failed to sign a single player since Lucas Moura joined the club in January 2018.
But it appears that wait may come to an end in the summer, with Mauricio Pochettino in need of new recruits if the club are to maintain a title push and continue to finish in the top four of the Premier League.
A Netherlands international at just 21 years of age and 117 appearances for Ajax to his name, van de Beek has appeared on a glittering shortlist of midfield talent that Spurs could look to lure to north London in the summer.

Also on such a shortlist are Valencia’s Carlos Soler, Paris Saint-Germain’s Adrien Rabiot, Leicester City’s James Maddison and Bournemouth’s David Brooks, as Pochettino looks to target younger players excelling in the top flight.
An attacking midfielder, van de Beek has been in excellent form this season, scoring 10 goals and creating seven more in assists during his 36 league and cup appearances.
