Celtic’s Scottish Premiership champion Kieran Tierney has been linked with Premier League Spurs since 2017.

Tottenham Hotspur have renewed their interest in Celtic star Kieran Tierney ahead of the summer transfer window, as reported by The Guardian.
Spurs have famously failed to sign a new player since Lucas Moura arrived from PSG in January 2018 and, with funds tight after the £750 million outlay on their space-age new stadium, it is claimed that the North London giants are scouring the market for a range of promising talents.
And 21-year-old Tierney is one of those Tottenham have scouted of late, alongside Newcastle United’s Sean Longstaff, Leicester City’s Harvey Barnes and Championship trio Jarrod Bowen, Max Aarons and Jack Grealish.
The Scotland international has been linked with Tottenham since November 2017, ESPN first breaking the news that Tierney was on their radar.
So whoever takes over as Celtic’s new permanent manager in the summer, either Neil Lennon or an outside appointment, they will arrive at Parkhead with a major challenge on their hands – keeping hold of Tierney.

With Spurs joining the race, interest from the Premier League is on the rise with The Mirror reporting that Arsenal and Leicester City, who are managed by Brendan Rodgers of course, are also interested.
These days, £25 million is peanuts for many a Premier League club so Celtic’s demands are unlikely to put any suitors off (Sun).
Now, Tierney is a boyhood Celtic fanatic and remains tied down to a long contract. But, after Rodgers and Moussa Dembele walked away, will Tierney think he has gone as far as he can?
