Despite his Fulham heroics, Nkoudou looks set to be sold by Tottenham Hotspur, with the Premier League outfit also keen to discard Vincent Janssen.

If you thought Georges-Kevin Nkoudou had saved his Tottenham Hotspur career with that magnificent last-minute assist in the dramatic 2-1 win at Fulham on Sunday, think again.

The Telegraph is reporting that Spurs are still hopeful of offloading their seldom-seen winger in the January transfer window as chairman Daniel Levy aims to trim the fat from Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.

It is understood that the North London giants are demanding £10 million for Nkoudou, about the same fee they paid Marseille for his signature in 2017.

Tottenham have accepted, however, they will have to accept a considerable loss on another forgotten man, Vincent Janssen.

A £17 million signing from AZ Alkmaar in 2016, the former Eredivisie Golden Boot winner has been made available for a cut price £12 million after being left out of Spurs’ 25-man Premier League squad.

The Dutch international has been playing for Spurs’ U23 team of late and The Telegraph believes that there is interest from China and the USA.

Janssen spent last season on loan at Galatasaray but now wants to leave on a permanent basis, seemingly accepting that winning over Pochettino is an impossible task.

If all goes to plan, Janssen and Nkoudou will follow Mousa Dembele out the door – albeit leaving Pochettino’s squad looking dangerously thin.
