Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with yet another young centre-back.
According to Swiss newspaper Blick, Tottenham Hotspur have been scouting Young Boys defender Kasim Nuhu, with the 22-year-old potentially available for transfer just a year after joining the club.
The latest report suggests the Swiss side price Nuhu at around £8million, and while they would be loathe to lose him after a single season, if the right offer comes along they may do business for a player recently hailed by his club captain.

As reported by Blick, Young Boys skipper Steve von Bergen said Nuhu “can do it all” and, with Tottenham continuing their search for the best young talent in Europe, it is no great surprise to see them casting an eye over the Ghanaian.
Tottenham only recently broke their transfer record to sign Davinson Sanchez from Ajax. But with Juan Foyth continuing to be linked with a move to Spurs (via El Dia) it seems they are continuing to consider other defensive options with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertongthen not getting any younger.
For the mooted fee, Nuhu could prove to be a bargain. However if Foyth joins Sanchez in North London, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino may feel he has enough options, with Cameron Carter-Vickers expected to break through in due course.
Whatever happens, it proves Tottenham are continuing to look far and wide for their next star and it will be interesting to see where Nuhu ultimately ends up.
