Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a move for Santiago Arias.
Spurs have sold Kyle Walker to Manchester City this summer, and are looking to bring in an able replacement.

Pochettino handed debut to young Kyle Walker-Peters at right-back against Newcastle last weekend in the absence of the injured Kieran Trippier, and while he duly impressed, the club is still looking to add an experienced defender.
The report claims that the Colombian is on Tottenham’s transfer wish-list after catching the eye, playing for both club and country. He has made 32 appearances for his country since making his debut in 2013.
Arias is a regular first team player for PSV Eindhoven since joining the club in 2013, and made 31 appearances for the Dutch outfit last season.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to Spurs back in May, when Spanish newspaper AS claimed that Spurs are admirers of the right-back, and are keen to sign him.
Arias is entering the final two years of his contract at PSV, and is keen to take on a new challenge. He would be interested in moving to the Premier League, and Spurs should snap him up before other potential suitors move in.
