Tottenham Hotspur will only sell Moussa Sissoko, and do not wish to loan the player.
It is claimed Turkish side Trabzonspor submitted a loan bid and offered to pay Sissoko’s wages in full.
Sissoko earns £95,000 per week at Spurs placing him within their top five earners.

Sissoko joined Tottenham from Newcastle United last summer for £30 million, but struggled to make a positive impression.
He made only eight league starts in 2016/17, but was a surprise inclusion for the club in their Premier League opener.

Tottenham appear open to his sale but are not ready to ostracise him in case he is needed.
Trying to get back close to the money they paid for the midfielder is a tall order, with no clubs stepping forward so far with cash offers.
Getting him off their wage bill could have been valuable, but Spurs evidently were unconvinced it would lead to a permanent move and Sissoko being able to attract enough interest a year later to make it worthwhile.
