Tottenham Hotspur target Antonio Rudiger apparently wants to move to a London club, as he seeks an exit from Chelsea, Goal suggest.
Tottenham have emerged as potential suitors for Rudiger, as they aim to strengthen their defence before deadline day.
Rudiger is seen as a potential alternative to Milan Skriniar, if Tottenham fail to complete a deal for the Inter Milan centre-back.
And Spurs must be encouraged by the latest reports, as they look to seal a deal.
When the links initially surfaced it seemed highly unlikely that Tottenham would be able to get a transfer done for one of their biggest rival’s players.
But Goal’s report suggests that Rudiger would be keen to join Tottenham if the opportunity came around.

Rudiger wants to stay in the Premier League, and ideally would like a London club to join, which makes Tottenham seem like the ideal suitors for him.
Whether Chelsea would sanction the transfer still remains to be seen.
But Spurs must feel confident that if they can agree a fee with Frank Lampard’s side then the transfer has a real possibility of going through.
