Georges-Kevin Nkoudou has endured a fairly miserable year with Tottenham Hotspur and could now be set to leave.

A report in The Sun has suggested that Tottenham are ready to cut their losses on Georges-Kevin Nkoudou after his fairly miserable first year at White Hart Lane, but look set to struggle in their bid to sell him.
The Sun reports that Nkoudou was signed for £9.5 million last summer, but it is certainly fair to say that he has made little impact for Mauricio Pochettino’s men, with the winger only featuring for 124 minutes across the Premier League, Champions League and Europa League this term, while his only starts have come in the FA Cup and League Cup.
Unsurprisingly, given how little he has played, he is yet to register a goal or assist for Spurs, and may perhaps be running out of chances to change that fact with The Sun suggesting that Tottenham are ready to cut their losses on the Frenchman.
Unfortunately for Spurs however, The Sun suggests that only Nkoudou’s former club Nantes have registered an interest in rescuing him from his Premier League nightmare, but are not currently prepared to pay anymore than £5 million for the 22-year-old.

Although Nkoudou is still young and thus, still has the potential to improve significantly, Tottenham surely cannot expect to recoup much more than what Nantes are prepared to pay given how little he has been used this term, and how little an impact he has made.
And if Pochettino has little intention of using him more often in the future, it surely makes a lot of sense for Spurs to accept any substantial bids that come in before his value drops further.
