Mauricio Pochettino will be in demand at the end of the season.

According to The Guardian, Tottenham Hotspur players think boss Mauricio Pochettino will be forced to make a big decision about his future in 2019.
Spurs beat the odds to make it through to the knockout stages of the Champions League on Tuesday night, performing a miraculous recovery after one point from the first three games.
Two wins in a row had set Spurs up for a frantic finale, and Lucas Moura’s late equaliser handed them a 1-1 draw at Barcelona on Tuesday night to send Pochettino’s men through.
Some will still point to a lack of silverware, but Pochettino is undoubtedly one of the top managers in the world right now, and his work with Spurs continues to be remarkable.
His record of developing players has been sensational, and he still has Spurs competing well in the Premier League and Champions League despite only being allowed to make one signing in 2018.
The problem for Spurs is that Pochettino is now attracting major interest, with Manchester United and Real Madrid strongly linked with bids to lure Pochettino away from North London at the end of the season.

It’s now got to the point where, according to The Guardian, even Spurs players think that Pochettino will have a big decision to make next summer; whether to continue the project with Spurs or move on to another club.
Next summer will bring up five years at the club for Pochettino, and whilst Real and United are tough to turn down, he is the main man at Tottenham, and may just want to see this project through rather than jump ship.
