Tottenham Hotspur want Noah Okafor and are expected to make an offer for the Red Bull Salzburg attacker this summer.
Spurs fans may be wondering just how there are transfer rumours surrounding the club right now.
Tottenham don’t have a manager and don’t even have a director of football with Fabio Paratici taking a step back from his role.
Yet the rumour mill continues and Tottenham are being linked with another attacker in Noah Okafor.
Salzburger Nachrichten report that Tottenham and AC Milan are both expected to make offers for Okafor this summer.
It’s suggested that a transfer is ‘highly likely’ for Okafor this summer.
Spurs have been linked already as Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reported in March that Tottenham are interested in Okafor and have already made contact.
Plettenberg noted that Okafor wants to leave this summer and Tottenham are seemingly keen to make their move.

Arsenal are also keen on Tottenham target Noah Okafor
Okafor appears to be a very wanted man this summer.
The Daily Mail reported in March that Arsenal have registered their interest in signing Okafor for around £25million.
It was added that West Ham United also fancy signing Okafor this summer with the Red Bull Salzburg star a man in demand.
Okafor, 22, has been in good form this season with 10 goals and five assists in 30 appearances.
Primarily a striker, Okaford can also play out wide or up front.
Former Swiss Under-21 boss Mauro Lustrinelli praised Okafor whilst speaking to Le Matin last year, praising his ‘magnificent’ speed.
It may well be that Tottenham fancy signing Okafor as a replacement for loanee Arnaut Danjuma, who doesn’t look likely to stay.
That seems to make more sense than a move to Arsenal, with Tottenham possibly in a good position to sign Okafor – once this Paratici situation is sorted out.
