It sounds as though there could yet be more additions for Tottenham between now and the end of the transfer window.
Sadly it seems as though Spurs won’t be able to strengthen every area of their squad.
Indeed, according to Football London, Spurs are in a bit of a predicament in terms of deciding on how to bolster their attack.
Tottenham have an interest in Wolves winger Adama Traore, a player recently labelled by Stephen Warnock as ‘very dangerous’, but if they sign Traore, they won’t be able to bring in a new striker.
Yes, Football London claim that Spurs face a choice between signing a new centre-forward or Traore, and that’s a very tough decision to make.
On one hand, Traore is a tremendous player and on top of that, he knows Nuno Espirito Santo very well.
However, Tottenham need depth up top.
Beyond Harry Kane, who could still leave, Spurs don’t have a senior natural number nine in the squad, while their squad is full of wingers, so Traore seems to be more of a luxury signing rather than a necessity.
Fabio Paratici certainly has a difficult decision to make here.
