Tottenham have a decision to make if they win the Carabao Cup tie.

Tottenham are playing tonight for a chance to reach the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
The draw for the last eight takes place after tonight’s games, and Tottenham’s stadium problems continue to hover.
The Times report that if Tottenham win, they must provide the FA with an instant decision before the draw regarding where they intend to hold a home tie.
In the previous round Spurs switched their home game to be played at MK Dons.
This round they were excused the decision, after being drawn away to West Ham.
If Tottenham win, chairman Daniel Levy must make clear to the FA before the draw as to the club’s intentions.
Most likely is that Spurs would want to hold the tie at Wembley, especially as a potential tie with rivals Arsenal or Chelsea is one of the options on the table.
West Ham will be doing their best to ensure Tottenham do not have a decision to make at all.
