Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly use Harry Winks as Mousa Dembele’s replacement in central midfield next season.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that Dembele is among a number of Tottenham players who can leave Tottenham for the right price.
As a replacement for the Belgium international midfielder – who earns £55,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – manager Pochettino will use 22-year-old England international Winks, claims the report.
Good decision?
Winks is a very talented and promising young midfielder, and it is great that Tottenham manager Pochettino is reportedly planning to make use of the youngster.
The England international is hugely talented, and for him to develop, he needs to play regular first-team football.

Instead of looking to sign anyone as a potential replacement for Dembele, Pochettino is right to reportedly look at the squad that he has.
Of course, Winks is not at the level of Dembele yet, but if given time and afforded patience, then the youngster – who earns £25,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – will get there eventually.
