Tottenham Hotspur haven’t given up on signing long-time target Cengiz Under, according to a report.

Tottenham have touched base with Roma over Cengiz Under, according to Turkish Football.
The talented 21-year-old winger joined the Italian giants from Basaksehir in 2017 but has struggled to make a big impact in the capital, scoring six goals last season.
Under was originally on Tottenham’s radar before moving to Italy, with Ajansspor reporting two years ago that a move to North London was close but, according to Turkish Football, Mauricio Pochettino is taking another run at the young Turk.
The report adds that Arsenal have also contacted the Serie A side to sound out a move, and that Roma value him at around £44 million.
Under’s name has already been associated with a Premier League side this season – but not Spurs or Arsenal.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Everton also want him and have already seen a £24 million bid knocked back by the Italian capital club.
Under is one of the few wingers that Tottenham have been linked to so far this summer, with most of the speculation centering around Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele – both midfielders.
