Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly launched a £60 million bid for Tanguy Ndombele.

According to a report from The Sun, Tottenham have offered £60 million for Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele with Mauricio Pochettino identifying the midfielder as his number one target for this summer.
Spurs are looking for the signings that they hope will help them clear that final hurdle and secure the trophies that Pochettino’s tenure has threatened to deliver on a number of occasions already.
The Sun reports that Tottenham want Ndombele as they look for Mousa Dembele’s long-term replacement at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and a £60 million bid has been made for the 22-year-old.
The report adds that Spurs will switch their attention to both Leeds’ Jack Clarke and Ryan Sessegnon of Fulham once they have done all they can to get the Frenchman – who Lyon value at £65 million – in.

Exciting summer for Spurs?
A look on social media would suggest that plenty of Tottenham fans are already starting to get apprehensive about what the club will get done this summer. There have already been a number of players linked with a move, but that is doing little to ease their concerns about the lack of additions.
They want a signing landed sooner rather than later to send out a real statement to rest of their rivals. Getting a deal done for Ndombele at this stage of the window would arguably be the most emphatic statement the club could make.
