Tottenham fans may catch another glimpse of Gareth Bale once again.

Gareth Bale could make a return to White Hart Lane with Tottenham inviting him to say farewell to the club’s stadium.
The Times report Bale is one of a handful of high profile stars Spurs have invited back for a ‘day of celebration’ on May 14 when they take on Manchester United.
The game is due to be Tottenham’s final Premier League match at the ground, as they move to Wembley next season to allow for construction on their new stadium to be completed.

Along with Bale, Paul Gascoigne and Glenn Hoddle have also been invited to the ceremony to take part in a ‘legends parade’.
Bale was sold by Tottenham in 2013 to Real Madrid and has gone onto win two Champions League titles.

The Welshman’s attendance is not confirmed, and made tricky by the fact Real Madrid host Sevilla at 7pm on May 14.
Normally the winger would not be permitted to make the trip, but as he is out injured, currently with a calf problem, there is a chance he may be permitted.
The Times report that predictably, there is no invitation for former Tottenham defender Sol Campbell, who controversially left the club to join Arsenal.
