Tottenham Hotspur insiders have suggested to Football London that Vedat Muriqi won’t be joining this summer.
Tottenham have been heavily linked Muriqi for a number of months now, as Jose Mourinho assesses his options.
The Fenerbahce striker is not considered to be a ‘viable option’ for Spurs according to insiders at the club though.
Reports in Turkey from Fanatik suggest that Muriqi, who is valued at £22 million, actually wants a move to Tottenham.
But the powerful forward is unlikely to get his wish any time, as Spurs are looking for other options.

It is thought that Mourinho would be keen to bring in another striker to add cover for Harry Kane, but there are doubts over whether he will have the budget to do so.
Tottenham are believed to only have limited funds to spend this summer, and they may be more inclined to strengthen in other areas, rather than up-front.
