Report: Tottenham Hotspur’s Serge Aurier available in January

Serge Aurier joined Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2017.

According to The Daily Mail, Serge Aurier is among a number of players Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has made available for sale or loan in the January transfer window.

Mousa Dembele, Vincent Janssen, Michel Vorm and Victor Wanyama are among the players named in the list.

Spurs are also reported to be open to offers for 26-year-old Ivory Coast right-back Aurier.

Aurier joined Tottenham from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £23 million.

The right-back was able to make just 16 starts in the Premier League for Spurs last season, while so far this campaign, the 26-year-old has played just 428 minutes in the league for the North London outfit, according to WhoScored.

The former PSG star has failed to establish himself as the first-choice right-back at Tottenham, and one can understand why manager Pochettino is reportedly open to offers for the right-back, especially with the emergence of Kyle Walker-Peters.
