Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli reportedly is eyeing up a big pay rise next season.
Alli is on £60,000-a-week at the moment, which appears to be a modest wage for a player of his ability, in relative terms.
Alli reportedly feels that he can at least treble his wages, and could look to manoeuvre a move elsewhere if Spurs don’t improve his contract.
Alli has only recent signed two new deals at Tottenham, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side look to reward him for his good form.
But the 21-year-old is now an established Premier League star, and is assessing his options.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG are all touted as potential suitors for Alli, should he become available next summer.
Tottenham’s current wage plan means that they do not pay any player over £100,000-a-week as a salary, and it is proving difficult to keep their squad together.
Spurs will be determined to keep Alli, as he is so integral to Pochettino’s side.
The youngster has emerged as one of the brightest talents in England, and is already up and running for the season, after scoring on opening day against Newcastle United.
