Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to snap up Leeds United winger Jack Clarke, according to the latest reports.

According to Football.London, Tottenham Hotspur will return for Jack Clarke in the summer if they cannot sign him from Leeds United this month.

Spurs have not made a signing for almost a year now, but they have identified Leeds winger Clarke as a potential recruit.

Clarke has only limited experience of first-team football, but he has been one of Leeds’ brightest attacking sparks in recent weeks.

And Tottenham are keen to bring him in, as they look to secure more top young talent for Mauricio Pochettino to nurture.

Tottenham could make a late bid for the winger this month, but it seems Leeds will want to sell the youngster as they battle for promotion.

Spurs are said to be willing to return for Clarke in the summer though, when they may have a greater chance of landing him.

Leeds are unlikely to want to lose Clarke, but they have had a tendency to sell their better prospects in recent times.

The Whites have offloaded Ronaldo Vieira, Lewis Cook and Charlie Taylor to top fight clubs in recent years, when interest in them has mounted.

The Yorkshire Evening Post claim that Leeds value Clarke at around £10 million.
