It’s claimed Tottenham still may enquire after Aston Villa star, but their chances are unlikely.

Tottenham Hotspur were planning to raid Aston Villa for Jack Grealish if the Villans lost the play-off final, The Mail report.
It is claimed that Grealish would have considered the move, rather than spend another year in the Championship.
Now while The Mail report Spurs may still enquire anyway, they ‘probably know the answer’.
Grealish was instrumental in guiding Villa to win promotion to the Premier League and now he has a chance to test himself in the top flight while still remaining with his boyhood club.
The Mirror reported earlier this month that Villa valued Grealish at £60 million.

Now the price tag is immaterial as the midfielder would have no need to move.
While Spurs could offer Champions League football, and potentially even the prestige of being holders, the timing would be all wrong.
Grealish is only 23, and owes it to himself to see where his top flight journey with Aston Villa takes him.
With BBC Sport reporting Tottenham have made a bid for Real Betis’ Giovani Lo Celso, they may already have moved on.
