Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City have been linked with Youri Tielemans of AS Monaco.

It has been reported that Tielemans has been offered to Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The report has also claimed that Spurs’ transfer committee have decided not to sign the 21-year-old due to Victor Wanyama regaining his full fitness and Oliver Skipp being part of the first team at the moment.
According to The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 17:54, Wednesday, January 30, 2019), Leicester hope to secure the services of the Belgium international, with Adrien Silva going to Monaco.

Good decision?
Tielemans is a very talented and promising young midfielder who can only get better in the coming years.
With Tottenham having injury issues, the 21-year-old will have been a good signing for the North London outfit.
According to WhoScored, Tielemans has made 20 appearances in Ligue 1 for Monaco so far this season, scoring five goals and providing one assist in the process.
