Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Chelsea are apparently in the race for Alvaro Morata.
Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Alvaro Morata’s agent has told Spanish paper AS that even though the striker is set to move to Real Madrid this summer, he could yet make a switch to the Premier League.
Madrid are set to activate the buy-back clause in Morata’s contract, which stands at £23 million, to sign the striker from Juventus.
However, Morata’s agent suggests that Madrid could be looking to buy the Spanish international with the view of selling him on for a profit.
The Mail believe that Tottenham Hotspur are tracking Morata, alongside Arsenal, and Chelsea.
And Morata’s agent, Lopez, said: “He still has offers from top clubs in the Premier League.
“As things stand he is a Madrid player from July 1. Whether he will stay or not, you have to ask Real Madrid.
“We will see. We still have to talk to Zinedine Zidane, but for the moment Morata is happy.”
Morata scored 12 goals last season for Juventus, and his form at Euro 2016 has caused his reputation to develop even further.
Morata has netted three goals in Spain’s first three matches at the international tournament, and looks to be his country’s main man up front.
Spurs also have been linked with Vincent Janssen and Antonio Sanabria in recent times, but if they could complete a deal for Morata it would be a marquee addition for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
