Tottenham Hotspur are still interested in signing Danny Ings from Southampton in the summer of 2021, according to Eurosport.
It has been reported that Tottenham have been closely monitoring the former Liverpool striker and are hopeful that they will be able to sign the England international.
Eurosport reported in January 2021 interest from Spurs in bringing the 28-year-old striker to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for next season and beyond, and the same news outlet has claimed today that the former Liverpool man is still on their radar.
The report has added that Spurs are also looking at signing Sasa Kalajdzic, with Stuttgart open to selling the striker for £15 million.
Good signing for Tottenham Hotspur?
Ings is a very good striker who has got over the injury problems he had at Liverpool and is scoring pretty regularly for Southampton now.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp described Ings as “an outstanding boy” who is “incredibly positive and full of energy” on the club’s official website in August 2018.

The 28-year-old England international striker has scored nine goals and provided four assists in the Premier League so far this season, and scored 22 goals and gave two assists in the league in 2019-20, according to WhoScored.
Carlos Vinicius is only on loan at Spurs, and if the North London club do not make the deal permanent, then a spot will open up in the squad for a new striker.
