Walker continues to be linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur are said to have scouted a trio of previously unlinked right-backs as the search for Kyle Walker’s successor diversifies.

Walker continues to be linked with a move to Manchester City and, according to Sky Sports, Tottenham have two top targets to replace the England international, including Porto’s Ricardo Pereira.

However, it would appear that other options are also being considered, with the broadcaster reporting that Mitchell Weiser, Andrea Conti and Davide Zappacosta have all been watched by the Premier League runners-up.

German Weiser and Italian Conti, who play for Hertha Berlin and Atalanta respectively, have appeared at this summer’s Euro Under-21 Championship.

Conti’s countryman Zappacosta, on the other hand, has four senior team caps, having impressed since leaving Atalanta for Torino two years ago.

Contrary to reports on Tuesday, Sky Sports understands that Southampton’s Cedric Soares does not feature on Tottenham’s list of options.

However, it remains to be seen whether or not Spurs will pursue an interest in either of Weiser, Conti or Zappacosta.

All three players are noted for their attacking qualities, with Weiser beginning life as a winger at Koln, before moving to Bayern Munich in 2012.
