Tottenham Hotspur appear to be revisiting their interest in versatile Borussia Dortmund player Matthias Ginter.
Spurs, along with Premier League rivals Southampton and Arsenal, were linked with a move for Ginter in July 2016 [Eurosport], however, the Germany international remained at Signal Iduna Park.
And the Independent reports that Tottenham are again pursuing a move for Ginter, who is said to be open to leaving the Bundesliga giants and “would be available” for around £15 million – although he is “expected” to hold talks with new boss Peter Bosz.

It is claimed that Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino is “reshuffling” his defence this summer, with Kyle Walker “expected” to leave and the futures of Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld “uncertain”.
And Ginter, who can cover Walker and Alderweireld’s positions as well as in central midfield, could be a useful addition for the Premier League runners-up.

However, Tottenham are said to have competition from Dortmund’s league rivals Hoffenheim, who like the pair will also compete in next season’s Champions League.
World Cup winner Ginter, 23, began his career at SC Freiburg before moving to Dortmund three years ago.
