The report has claimed that Roma are unhappy with Tottenham’s latest bid of of a season-long loan with an obligation to buy for €25m (£21.11m) plus a further €10m (£8.44m) in add-ons.
Roma want as at least €50 million (£42 million) for the Italy international, according to the report, which has added that the Serie A club are open to letting him go on loan with a purchase option.
90min have added that Tottenham ‘are wary of his unsettling fitness record – which includes consecutive ACL injuries in both of his knees – and want to see how he fares physically in the Premier League’.
What should Tottenham Hotspur do about Nicolo Zaniolo?
In our view, if Tottenham Hotspur think that Nicolo Zaniolo will be a hit at the club if he stays fit, then the North London club should make a bid for the AS Roma star.

Yes, the 23-year-old has had injury problems in recent times, but we know that he is a quality player who creates chances.
Tottenham could do with a creative midfielder, and Zaniolo does fit the bill.
The Roma star scored two goals and gave two assists in 23 Serie A starts last season, and scored six goals and provided two assists in 16 league starts in 2019-20.
