Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are reportedly interested in Joachim Andersen of Sampdoria.

The Italian news outlet has claimed that Tottenham are ready to pay €25 million (£22.26m) as transfers fee for the 23-year-old central defender this summer.
It has also been claimed that Spurs’ bitter North London rivals Arsenal are willing to cough up as much as €45m (£40.06m) for Andersen and his Sampdoria teammate and 25-year-old attacking midfielder Dennis Praet.
Good signing for Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur?
Andersen is a very good and promising young central defender who has done well since he moved to Sampdoria in the summer of 2017.
The Danish defender has established himself as one of the better players in Serie A, and there is no surprise that Arsenal and Tottenham are reportedly interested in him.

According to WhoScored, Andersen made 32 appearances in Serie A for Sampdoria this season, proving one assist in the process.
While Spurs will be challenging for the Premier League title next season, Arsenal will be aiming to finish in the top four.
