It has been reported by the British tabloid that Tottenham are ready to make a bid for the 19-year-old midfielder.
Arsenal, Everton and Aston Villa are also claimed to be interested in signing the talented and promising teenager.
Osayi-Samuel has been in brilliant form for Blackpool in League Two so far this season. Gary Bowyer’s side are sixth in the table at the moment with 67 points from 44 matches.
The youngster would be a good signing for Tottenham, but he would find it hard to break into the first team.
However, with Arsenal, Everton and Villa all reported to be interested in the youngster, it does seem that Osayi-Samuel has a strong reputation in the footballing community.
Tottenham are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 71 points from 32 matches, just four points behind leaders and London rivals Chelsea.
