Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are reportedly interested in Joachim Andersen of Sampdoria.

The Italian news outlet has also claimed of interest in Andersen from Arsenal, AC Milan, AS Roma and Lyon.
The report, though, has claimed that Tottenham are the only club who are willing to pay €35m (£31.26m) for the 23-year-old central defender, who has already bid farewell to Sampdoria.
Good signing for Tottenham Hotspur?
Andersen is a very good and promising young central defender who would be a very good signing for Tottenham this summer.
Spurs will need to refresh their defence in the coming years, and the young Dane will add to the quality of manager Mauricio Pochettino’s side at the back.

According to WhoScored, Andersen made 32 appearances in Serie A for Sampdoria this season, providing one assist in the process.
Tottenham finished in the top four of the Premier League this past season and also reached the final of the Champions League.
