Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want Giovani Lo Celso of Real Betis.

It has been reported that Real Betis vice-chairman and CEO Jose Miguel Lopez Catalan travelled to London and held talks with Tottenham officials.
The report has claimed that Tottenham are interested in signing the 23-year-old midfielder in the summer transfer window.
Expensive signing
Lo Celso is one of the best young midfielders in Europe, and the Argentina international will be a very good signing for Tottenham in the summer transfer window.
However, the 23-year-old will not be a cheap recruit, with Sky Sports reporting that Betis will accept a fee of £70 million.

The youngster’s release clause is £88m, but Spanish club Betis will do a deal for a fee of £70m, according to Sky Sports.
According to WhoScored, Lo Celso made 27 starts and five starts in La Liga for Betis this season, scoring nine goals and providing four assists in the process.
