Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are reportedly interested in Saint-Etienne defender William Saliba.

Tottenham Hotspur have made a late bid for Arsenal target William Saliba, according to BBC Sport.
It has been reported that Arsenal were set to sign Saliba from Saint-Etienne for a transfer fee of £27 million and then loan him back to the French club for the 2019-20 campaign.
However, according to the report, Tottenham have made a late bid for the 18-year-old defender.
Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur?
Both Arsenal and Tottenham are massive North London clubs, and it could be tough for Saliba to choose between them.
Tottenham are more attractive and appealing than Arsenal at the moment, but things could change in a year’s time, especially the Gunners finish in the top four of the Premier League table and Spurs do not.

The 18-year-old is a very promising defender, and the teenager made 13 starts and three substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Saint-Etienne last season, according to WhoScored.
Saliba’s decision this summer could have a major impact on his future.
