Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want Adrien Silva from Sporting Lisbon in the summer transfer window.
The North London outfit had reportedly made an initial bid of €20 million (£17.34m) for the 28-year-old, but it was rejected.
It has now been claimed that Spurs have returned with a second and improved offer. The North London outfit are reportedly ready to pay an initial transfer fee of €25m (£21.68m) and €5m (£4.34m) in bonuses.

Serious about Adrien Silva
It seems that Tottenham are serious about signing Silva, as they have (reportedly) made a second and improved offer for the Portugal international midfielder.
Silva has been on the books of Portuguese giants Sporting his entire professional club football so far in his career and is hugely experienced.
The 28-year-old has played in the Champions League and won the Euro 2016 finals with Portugal last summer.
Tottenham will be aiming to win the Premier League title next season, as well as progress to the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
