Tottenham Hotspur are heavily linked with the Barcelona midfielder.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Tottenham Hotspur have contacted Jorge Mendes over signing Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes in January.
Gomes, 24, was linked with a £40 million move to Spurs on deadline-day but Barcelona refused a deal after failing to sign Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho, according to The Daily Mail’s transfer blog on August 31.

Nevertheless, Tuttomercato reported last month that Tottenham were “more and more likely” to get a deal done in January and Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo have now claimed that the Lilywhites have touched base with his agent, Mendes.
The Portugal international told A Bola last month that he does indeed have options to quit the Camp Nou club when the transfer window re-opens.

Mundo go on to report that Juventus are also keen on Gomes, who has started just one Liga and Champions League game for the Catalan giants this season.
It remains to be seen whether or not Tottenham’s success with the former Valencia man hinges on Barcelona’s pursuit of Coutinho, like it did in the summer, but the Brazilian has been superb despite his collapsed move to Catalunya so there is every chance that they will renew an interest.
