Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Manchester United have reportedly missed out on Vilius Piliukaitis to Blackburn Rovers.

It has been reported that Tottenham, Liverpool and United all were interested in the 17-year-old midfielder, but it is Blackburn – who will play in the Championship next season after winning promotion from League One at the end of the 2017-18 campaign – who have won the race for the services of the teenage talent.
The Lithuanian is reported to have agreed a move to Rovers after impressing in training.
According to TEAMtalk, Piliukaitis had trained with Tottenham as well, with Premier League rivals Liverpool and United also claimed to have been interested in the youngster.

Good move for Vilius Piliukaitis?
For a 17-year-old to make a breakthrough in the first team at Liverpool, Tottenham or United is hard, and the Lithuanian joining Blackburn will allow him a better chance of playing in the first team in the coming years.
Blackburn could do with a young and hungry young player like Piliukaitis, and one should not be surprised if the midfielder makes his debut in the Championship for Rovers next season.
