Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are reportedly interested in Declan Rice of West Ham United.

It has been reported that Rice – who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder – has been on the radar of Tottenham for some time.
The report has also claimed of interest in the 20-year-old from Liverpool, with Spurs claimed to be ready to make a £35 million for the youngster.
Good signing for Tottenham Hotspur?
Rice is a very talented and promising young player whose versatility is going to be a boon for any team who sign him.
The youngster has matured a lot this season and is playing regularly for West Ham at the moment.

If Tottenham or Liverpool make a massive offer for Rice, then West Ham may be forced to at least consider it, and the player himself may be tempted to move to a bigger and more ambitious club.
Rice signed a new contract with West Ham in December 2018 and is now earning £30,000 per week as salary, according to The Sun.
