Tottenham Hotspur have not given up on bringing Brendan Rodgers to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, according to The Daily Mail.
It has been reported that although Rodgers publicly said this week that he is happy at Leicester City and does not want to leave for Spurs, the North London club believe that they can still make him change his mind.
However, according to the report, Tottenham know that ‘the process of wrestling the 48-year-old away from the King Power Stadium could turn ugly and be very expensive given he still has four years to run on his contract.’
Brendan Rodgers to Tottenham Hotspur?
As reported by The Daily Mail, Rodgers has said that he is very happy at Leicester and does not want to move to Tottenham.
It would be really something if suddenly in a few weeks’ time, the former Liverpool and Celtic manager changed his mind.
After all, it seems that Rodgers is happy at the former Premier League champions where he has built a team in his own image.

Leicester are in a very good position to finish in the Premier League top four this season, while Spurs have to do extremely well in the final games of the season to end up in the Champions League places.
Leicester are also in the FA Cup final, and Rodgers clearly has a team who can challenge for the Champions League places in the coming years.
A move to Spurs would see Rodgers having to build a team.
