Antonio Conte’s Tottenham have made a bid for Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi, who is on the radar of West Ham United as well, according to Corriere di Bergamo.
Tottenham Hotspur bid for West Ham target Ruslan Malinovskyi
The Italian publication have reported that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte wanted to sign Malinovskyi in the summer of 2022 and told the North London club’s Managing Director of Football, Fabio Paratici, to get a deal done.
Nothing materialised.
Tottenham are back in for the Ukraine international midfielder and have offered Atalanta €15 million (£13 million) in transfer fees for the 29-year-old, according to the report.
Although Atalanta are looking for €18 million (£16 million) for the midfielder, the Serie A are considering a sale, according to the report.

Blow for the Hammers
Tottenham’s reported bid for Ruslan Malinovskyi will come as a blow for London and Premier League rivals West Ham United.
That’s because the Hammers are also reported to be keen on Malinovskyi.
Calciomercato reported last month that West Ham have made contact with Atalanta president Antonio Percassi over a potential deal for the Ukrainian star.
If Tottenham have made a bid, then West Ham will have to do the same and potentially make a better financial offer to tempt both Atalanta and Malinovskyi.
