Manchester United are also reported to be interested in Ezequiel Garay of Valencia.
It has been reported that Premier League trio Tottenham, Everton and United have registered an interest in Garay.
The 30-year-old central defender joined Valencia from Zenit Saint Petersburg in the summer of 2016 and has a contract with the Spanish club until June 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
According to The Sunday Mirror (print edition, page 61, July 9, 2017), Garay is not keen on a move away from Valencia, but the La Liga outfit could sell the Argentina international defender if their valuation of £18.5 million is met.
The former Real Madrid centre-back featured in 27 La Liga matches for Valencia last season, scoring four goals in the process, according to WhoScored, as Los Che finished 12th in the league table.
Garay is a very good and experienced centre-back, and he would be a good signing for Tottenham, Everton or United, especially for £18.5m.
