Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are reportedly interested in signing Matias Vecino from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that if Inter are presented with a good offer, then they will consider selling the midfielder.
According to Tuttosport, if Maurizio Sarri becomes the new Chelsea manager, then he will make a move for Vecino, as he wanted him at Napoli.

Good signing for Tottenham Hotspur or Everton?
Vecino is a good midfielder who has proved himself in Serie A, and the Uruguay international would be a good signing for Tottenham or Everton in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old, who is currently part of the Uruguay squad for the 2018 World Cup finals and is valued at €33.8 million (£29.63m) by the CIES Football Observatory, has been on the books of Inter since the summer of 2017.

The former Fiorentina star made 25 starts and four substitute appearances for Inter in Serie A this past season, scoring three goals and provided two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
