Report: Tottenham Hotspur deal for Paulo Dybala not yet dead

Tottenham Hotspur believe that they could still reach an agreement for Paulo Dybala with Juventus.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Tottenham Hotspur are keeping the option of signing Bruno Fernandes open, and they still do not consider Paulo Dybala impossible to sign.

Tottenham are heading into transfer deadline day with work to do, with a number of deals ongoing.

It seems that they are closing in on Giovani Lo Celso, but Tottenham have other irons in the fire.

Fernandes has been linked with Tottenham all summer, and even with Lo Celso set to arrive, Mauricio Pochettino’s side retain an interest.

It appears to be Juventus’ Dybala that they are still most interested in.

Tottenham still have a considerable amount of work to do to complete a deal for the Argentine, but they are in the market to snap him up and the deal is not dead yet.

Spurs still feel that they have a chance of signing Dybala, who they agreed a £64.4 million deal for yesterday (Sky Sports).

If Tottenham could bring in Lo Celso and Dybala it may well rank as their most momentous deadline day ever.

Lo Celso’s and Dybala’s arrivals could turn Tottenham into genuine title contenders and it would give Pochettino one of the most dangerous forward lines in the Premier League.
