Report: Tottenham Hotspur could spend £100m in January transfer window

Tottenham Hotspur are said to be on the hunt for three new players in the upcoming transfer window.

According to the Daily Express, Tottenham Hotspur could spend £100 million in January, as they draw up ambitious plans.

Daniel Levy has come out this week and stated that Spurs’ new stadium will not affect their transfer spending.

And the Express claim that Mauricio Pochettino’s side could have a busy January.

Tottenham failed to bring in a single new player in the summer transfer window, but Pochettino is known to want to add depth to his squad.

And the Express claim that three players are now on Spurs’ wishlist for January.

West Brom winger Oliver Burke has been scouted, while Tanguy Ndombele of Lyon is a long-term target.

Ndombele would cost big money, but he could be a seriously exciting addition to Spurs’ midfield.

The Express also claim that Manchester United centre-back Eric Bailly is a player on Tottenham’s wishlist, and he could cost around £30 million.
