Tottenham Hotspur have claimed that they will not be doing any business on deadline day.
According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur could make a deadline day move for Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez.
Mauricio Pochettino started the month by suggesting that Tottenham could make additions in the January transfer window.
However, more recently, the Argentine boss has denied any claims that Spurs would be active.

Tottenham have not made any additions this month so far, and Pochettino is adamant that he is happy with his current squad.
But with Rodriguez now potentially available, Spurs could make a bid to sign the 27-year-old from Southampton.
Spurs have been tracking Rodriguez for a considerable amount of time, but are yet to really push to sign the former Burnley man.

However, with Southampton set to land Napoli forward Manolo Gabbiadini, Rodriguez could now be available and Spurs do not want to miss out.
West Bromwich Albion have already made one offer for Rodriguez, but Southampton rejected the bid.
