Tottenham Hotspur target Ryan Sessegnon appears to be heading out of Fulham following their relegation.

Spurs tracked Sessegnon heavily last year, but they were unable to do a deal with Fulham slapping a £100 million price-tag on the youngster, as reported by The Sun.
However, Fulham have suffered relegation from the Premier League and there is now a realisation around Craven Cottage that the left-sided star is likely to depart.
Sessegnon has just over a year left on his Fulham contract, and it seems that Tottenham could land him for less than half-price now.

The Mirror suggest that Fulham would be willing to accept a bid of under £50 million for the prized prospect, which could play right into Tottenham’s hands.
Sessegnon actually hasn’t stood out in the Premier League this term, but his potential remains undoubted.
And if Spurs do land him in a cut price deal then it will be a major victory for Daniel Levy’s patience in the battle to sign the England youth international.
