Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur could be able to sign Max Kilman from Wolverhampton Wanderers for €40 million (£34.5 million).

90min reported in June that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Max Kilman from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window.

The report claimed that Spurs have long admired the 26-year-old English defender.

And it has now emerged that Wolves could sell Kilman for €40 million (£34.5 million).

The Athletic have reported that Wolves need at least €40 million (£34.5 million) for the defender.

The report has claimed that Napoli have had an offer of €35 million (£30m) for left-sided centre-back turned down.

Wolves are under no pressure to sell Kilman, who himself is not pushing for an exit and is open to signing a new deal with the Wanderers, according to the report.

What should Tottenham Hotspur do about Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Max Kilman?

In our opinion, if Tottenham Hotspur are really serious about signing Max Kilman in the summer transfer window, then they should offer Wolverhampton Wanderers €40 million (£34.5 million).

Let Wolves and Kilman then decide.

It is quite a decent sum, and the Wanderers could well decide to cash in on the 26-year-old.

And Kilman himself could be tempted to leave Wolves for Spurs.

After all, Spurs are one of the biggest clubs in England and will aim to at least challenge for the Premier League top four next season.
