Portugal international Adrien Silva is available at just £11.5 million.

Reports in Portugal are suggesting that Sporting Lisbon captain Adrien Silva is interesting both Tottenham Hotspur and Watford this summer.
The Portugal international, who nearly joined Leicester City last summer, was part of the Portugal team that won the European Championships last summer and has been linked with a move to Tottenham in the past.

Last summer Tottenham Hotspur were linked by The Sun with making a £13 million for Silva.
He signed a new deal with the club not long after, with a 45 million Euro (£39.6 million) release clause inserted.

But, according to Record, he is now available for much less and Spurs and Watford are keen. The report claims he is available at a cut-price fee of around £11.5 million and both Tottenham and Watford have been alerted by this news.

That fee is believed to be out of the price-range for Watford, whose Portuguese boss Marco Silva is desperate to land the player as his new midfield lynchpin.
Tottenham could afford a deal, but it remains to be seen how serious there reported interest really is.
